Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will focus primarily on sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent while supporting essential HR administrative functions to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate follow-up assessments.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Build a talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.

HR Support

  • Assist in onboarding new hires, organizing events etc.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Address basic employee queries related to HR processes.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+years of experience  in talent acquisition, with some exposure to HR administrative tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems(preferably Zoho Recruit), and MS/Google Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
