RPO Talent Acquisition Specialist – Blockchain Software Firm



We are representing a rapidly expanding, award winning, global tech consultancy, who deliver exec search, RPO, recruitment and tech professional services. With year-on-year growth; it is a genuinely lovely company with some interesting clients to work with.


Due to some sizable new business wins and projects, our client is looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team and specialise in technology recruitment for their client; a fast-growing software company. The role is based in the City of London in a client facing role, with some remote working.

 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be part of implementing and shaping recruitment strategies for one of their leading fintech clients inside their beautiful offices in the heart of the city. This role is not only about building and maintaining credible and long-lasting relationships with hiring manager and stake holders, it’s about looking at the bigger picture and having your voice heard on how things should be done, whilst being able to complete the day-to-day tasks of a recruitment consultant. With a huge hiring push for 2022 this Is an excellent opportunity to work onsite at a leading blockchain software firm that has a high energy and fun environment.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Be the key point of contact for Hiring Managers and stakeholders
  • Build and achieve a trusted advisory relationship with the client networking extensively and effectively with colleagues, contacts and candidates to understand the Client’s needs and market
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and appropriate internal team members to ensure that adequate support is provided
  • Proactively meet stakeholders at routine intervals about requirements, opportunities and initiatives that may impact talent acquisition
  • Develop strategic relationships with peers and leaders to maintain quality client delivery and solve client challenges
     Employ all available recruiting and sourcing strategy tools and partners as needed to document and execute a sourcing strategy
  • Provide innovative solutions to solve recruiting challenges and influence hiring decision
  • Use of influence and persuasion to sell the candidate on employment opportunities, extends offers and negotiates to final acceptance of an offer
  • Be accountable for delivery against all requirements
  • Proactively manage candidate experience via their ATS, ensuring the highest data integrity. 
  • Experience in recruiting for tech, product, marketing, sales, finance roles. 
  • Good knowledge of social media - (need to be present on LinkedIn)


Requirements
  • RPO or In-House Recruitment Experience
  • Experience hiring in a range of commercial and business strategy skillsets within technology and software sales
  • Experience in selling recruitment services along with the ability to build Client relationships and confidence, with first-class written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish a good rapport with colleagues and clients at every level, along with proven Account Development experience
  • The ability to understand complex situations and foresee implications and outcomes over the longer term
  •  Ability to close deals whilst at the same time responding quickly and professionally to requirements
