Strategy CS Data Analyst (Data Analyst / Reporting Analyst)

Responsibilities

Create and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly client reports using BI tools and spreadsheets to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze client performance.
Create engaging and informative data visualizations to effectively communicate complex data concepts to stakeholders.
Conduct high-level data analysis to identify trends and highlight the most important takeaways.
Understand, structure, and extract data from popular web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, GA4) to track high-level performance of ecommerce marketing channels
Clean and prepare web analytics data for analysis, including understanding nuances specific to various properties and instances, identifying outliers and inconsistencies
Create and maintain visualizations (charts, graphs) to communicate high-level findings effectively
Coordinate with Customer Success teams and clients to understand data nuances and needs.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in a data analysis or related role
Experience with web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, GA4) is required, specifically with structuring custom reports and exporting data.
Expertise using spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) to create and manipulate data using pivot tables, complex formulas, and a wide range of functions.
Demonstrated familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools (especially Looker) for querying existing data sets
Understanding of basic data concepts (e.g., data types, relationships)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English
Availability to work on Sundays to support colleagues’ and clients’ Monday responsibilities

Additional Skills and Experience (Preferred)

Experience with digital marketing automation platforms.
Experience in the retail / ecommerce industry.
Experience using SQL, Python, R, or similar languages.
