Flexing It has partnered with our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a dynamic and creative professional to join the team as a Branding & Communication Specialist. This role involves building and managing training campaigns, creating engaging multimedia content, and supporting program management activities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the academy’s branding and communication efforts while maintaining a strong focus on marketing collateral creation and content development.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development: Design and execute training campaigns, including crafting video teasers and marketing collaterals to promote learning programs.

Content Design: Develop and design multimedia content using tools like Camtasia and Articulate to create impactful courses and learning materials.

Webpage Maintenance: Manage and update the Academy’s webpage, ensuring content relevance and user engagement.

Program Management: Coordinate and run various academy programs, ensuring timely delivery and efficient management of resources.

Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align branding and communication strategies with organizational goals.

Branding & Communication: Support academy branding initiatives, ensuring consistency and innovation in all communication activities.

Marketing Collateral Creation: Develop creative marketing materials to enhance visibility and engagement for learning programs.


Skills Required


  • Proven experience in content creation, branding, and communication.
  • Strong graphic design and multimedia content development skills.
  • Experience in managing webpages and program coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.
  • Knowledge of branding and marketing principles is a plus.
