Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Azure/AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability that address customers’ requirements for scalability, reliability, security, and performance
Implement and automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor issues related to infrastructure, applications, and deployments.
Troubleshoot support tickets
Stay updated on Azure/AWS best practices and new features to continually improve the infrastructure.
