Key Responsibilities

  • Market Growth: Identify new opportunities and expand the local energy storage market, with a focus on automotive-related solutions.
  • Sales Management: Independently manage the sales process for projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful achievement of sales targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Set and track sales targets, develop market expansion strategies, and implement action plans to meet business objectives.
  • Customer Profiling Forecasting: Create and maintain detailed customer profiles, conduct sales forecasting, and analyze market intelligence to guide decision-making.
  • Product Promotion: Actively promote energy storage products, developing tailored marketing strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Market Analysis: Research and evaluate trends within the energy storage industry, with a specific focus on lithium battery solutions.
  • Collaboration: Conduct internal training programs, engage in external technical exchanges, and promote effective teamwork across departments.

Requirements

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in automotive suppliers or the energy storage sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining key accounts for energy storage products, such as large-scale storage systems (generation or grid side) or battery cells.
  • Strong understanding of the energy storage industry, with basic knowledge of lithium batteries.
  • Preferably experienced in customer development for energy storage battery cells.
  • Responsible, team-oriented, and capable of managing client relationships effectively.
  • Proactive strategic thinker with a focus on market expansion.
  • Skilled in analyzing customer needs and presenting customized solutions.
  • Proficiency in English (working language).
  • Willingness to travel 40% of the time for client visits across the region.
