Job description

We are currently looking for a Application Support Engineer to join, directly, one of our international clients.

Location: Remote, Europe.

Required skills:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, or similar areas;
  • Min. 3 years of experience as an Application Support Engineer;
  • Solid experience in monitoring, incident, problem and change management;
  • Experience in the prevention of application errors;
  • Experience with application debugging and root cause analysis;
  • Experience in the creation of technical support documents;
  • Experience in the development og operations dashboards;
  • Experience with Shell scripting, JSON, XML, Microsoft Windows Server and RHEL;
  • Experience with Git, DASY, Jira and Confluence;
  • Solid knowledge of SAM-R and SAM-C, Automic (UC4), SQL Server, SAS and Tomcat;
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
  • Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
