Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with our key clients. You will serve as the main point of contact, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. By effectively managing these accounts, you will contribute to our company's growth and success.

Client Relationship Management:
● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
● Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Strategic Account Planning:
● Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
● Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our app features and services.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
● Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and deliver a cohesive customer experience.
● Communicate client feedback and requirements to internal teams for continuous improvement.
Customer Training and Support:
● Provide training to clients on app functionalities and updates.
● Act as a support resource for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
● Utilize analytics and reporting tools to track key account metrics and performance.
● Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
Required Qualification
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the technology or app industry.
● Strong understanding of mobile applications and digital services.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
● Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
