SAP Finance Project Manager

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP Finance Project Manager to join our team in Slovakia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Financial modules (FI/CO), project management, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP projects. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive the successful implementation and optimization of SAP Finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP Finance projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, define project objectives, and develop detailed project plans.
• Oversee the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, proactively identifying and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of SAP Finance solutions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) project management, with a successful track record of delivering complex SAP projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
• Proven experience in managing full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Slovak
