CarCutter is our global #1 visual AI editing and optimisation solution for the automotive industry and is used by customers from all around the world. Due to our continuous growth, we are expanding our passionate and motivated CarCutter team in Barcelona, Graz, Paris and the US!

Therefore, we are looking for a Sr Customer Project Manager. This position is focused on managing customer-facing projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery while maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management:  Act as the main POC for internal teams and clients during onboarding for dealership groups or marketplaces with complex requirements, providing timely updates and addressing questions or concerns. 

  • Requirement Management: Oversee the configuration and setup process for each client, ensuring system parameters align with dealership or marketplace-specific requirements.

  • Feature Roll-Out for Strategic Accounts: Manage smooth feature roll-outs for strategic accounts, coordinating with relevant teams to guarantee successful integration and deployment.

  • Issue Resolution Management: Work closely with the Customer Care and Customer Success Management (CSM) teams to resolve issues for strategic accounts promptly. Coordinate with the Product Management (PM) team to communicate client needs and identify potential enhancements or solutions to address recurring issues, ensuring seamless project execution and ongoing client satisfaction.

  • Controlling: During the project, check the results on client interfaces to ensure the system is functioning as intended, verifying both accuracy and quality of the deployment.

  • Handover to CSM: After completing onboarding, feature roll-outs, or resolving issues, facilitate a thorough and seamless handover of the client to the CSM team for ongoing management.

  • Documentation: Document each client’s configuration and feature setup comprehensively, maintaining accessible records for future reference and team transparency.


Profile

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management or client-facing roles, ideally within SaaS (automotive)

  • Project Management Skills: Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, capable of managing detailed, multi-phase onboarding processes.

  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand digital configurations and system requirements, ensuring precise client setups.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams, conveying technical information in an accessible way.

  • Attention to Detail: Skilled in monitoring system outputs to maintain quality control over deployments and client satisfaction.

  • Documentation Skills: Experience with Notion or similar platforms for creating and maintaining thorough client records.
