Our new innovative IT services organization is HPE Pointnext.  We have the expertise to advise, integrate, and accelerate our customers’ outcomes from their digital transformation. 
 

How you´ll make your mark:

• Manages support case workload to enable and protect sales of HPE products and services.

• Works independently to provide vetted guidance made available by authoritative sources

• Manages complex, time- sensitive support cases

• Works with cross-functional teams across the globe

• Contributes to priority projects with analyses and assists in developing recommendations.

• Works closely with business leaders to develop responses to customer-initiated questionnaires and contract requests

• Actively pursues continuous improvement

About you:

• Typically 4-6 years experience in security, operations, compliance, or related functional area.

• Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.

• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Salesforce.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Project management skills a plus

• Fluency in English and Spanish
