Job description

We are currently looking for a proactive salesperson who is ready to take responsibility for the entire sales cycle (from lead generation to closing the deal) and work for results in Phuket.

Responsibilities

The main objective is customer acquisition. We expect you to bring in at least 7 clients per month after completing the training and adaptation (1-2 months on average). 

In order to achieve this goal, the Business Development Manager will: 

  • Travels a lot to meet with hotel managers, presenting Exely solutions (approximately 80% of the work is face-to-face meetings with clients in the client's territory); 
  • Generates leads through cold calling, cold meetings, attending events and with the help of the marketing team; 
  • Handles incoming leads and converts them into customers; 
  • Building trusted relationships with hospitality professionals and attending events for hoteliers as a representative of Exely; 
  • Provide market research to the management team; 
  • Work diligently with CRM. 

Requirements

  • Based in Phuket or readiness to relocate to this region;
  • At least 2 years sales experience within the hospitality or technology industry for hoteliers;
  • Client focus, communication skills, readiness for an intense rhythm of work and a lot of business trips around Phuket region;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal English and Thai;
  • Comfortable with CRM and computer software;
  • Availability to use private car;
  • Knowledge of key hoteliers in the country (would be a plus);
  • Knowledge of IT providers for hospitality (would be a plus);
  • Membership in Hotel/Travel Associations/ Event experience in Travel Trade Shows (would be a plus).
