As a ServiceNow Scrum Master/Quality Manager at Bravium, you will play a dual role in guiding Agile teams to deliver high-quality implementations while ensuring that our processes and deliverables meet the highest quality standards. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, mentor teams on Agile principles, and oversee quality assurance processes to optimize project outcomes. Your expertise will enhance efficiency and elevate the quality of our solutions for maximum value delivery for our ServiceNow implementations. 
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Scrum Master Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and progress towards goals.
  • Coach and Mentor: Educate teams on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and productivity.
  • Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve blockers or challenges that could hinder progress.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote reflection and adaptation to enhance team efficiency and workflow.
Quality Management Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement QA Processes: Define and enforce quality assurance standards, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Conduct Quality Audits & Peer Reviews: Perform regular assessments to ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards. Ensure all deliverables meet high quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Quality Manager, with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks and quality assurance principles.  Experience with ServiceNow implementations is required.
  • Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred. QA-related certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Six Sigma) are a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities or similar systems is a strong advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills for identifying inefficiencies and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Team Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and create a positive, collaborative environment.
