Ibero American Action League is a dual-language human services agency that provides programs to individuals and families of all ethnic backgrounds with the unique ability to target the Latino community.  Our mission is to build stronger families and greater self-sufficiency. Through our programs in our main divisions (Children, Youth, Family, Developmental Disabilities) we prepare children for school, provide academic, social and health support to youth, offer job readiness/training programs and programs that ensure a high quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities.

In every one of our programs, we work with every individual in the family unit to ensure the entire family is learning to identify and execute important goals. We also offer a fee-for-service program that includes: translations, interpreting, and organizing focus groups.
