What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.  

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of current marketing trends and strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and sales (leads for the business). 
 
You will display essential time management skills, communication skills and be a convergent thinker whilst overseeing projects for both Channel and Retail customers from initial ideation through to completion. Achieving SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) where required.   

Working Hours  

Monday to Thursday 8:45 till 17:00, Friday 8:45 till 16:45 – No bank holidays or weekends.  

Main Job Purpose:  

To work closely with both Sales and Operations, whilst reporting directly into the Operations Director.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively engage with all areas of the business / stakeholders to drive success.   

  • Develop and execute digital campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email and search engines.  

  • Conduct market research in order to help identify new opportunities and keep on trend within the Digital Marketing world.  

  • Monitor and assess the quality of project deliverables. 

  • Work with internal and external teams / management to ensure quality and performance for all products launched.  

  • Assist and set up in the planning and execution of events and promotions. 

  • Always demonstrate a professional approach to the organisation.   

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed. 

We are looking for someone with key organisation skills, someone who is enthusiastic, willing to learn, who can undertake more than one task at a time.   

  • Ability to monitor project progress and work to deadlines.   

  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management software, desirable, not essential.  

  • Evaluate performance and communicate effectively.  

  • Familiarity with PPC advertising and email marketing tools. 

  • Excellent Time Management. 

  • Flexibility within the workplace. 

  • Ability to work alone, or as part of a team.  

  • Digital Marketing background desirable, but not essential.
