Role Responsibilities:
Will be the Owner of the Client VOC of the campaign team
Ensures that the P&L of the campaign team is maintained and optimized
Has strong fundamentals in both marketplace advertising and D2C advertising
Responsible for driving automation internally through Martech adoption/building with the objective of superior
delivery and optimized resourcing
Responsible for building and grooming Campaign, SEO and Social Media Specialists internally - manage, mentor,
coach and bring in best practices to the working rhythms of employees with a sharp focus on setting and
achieving aggressive targets
Own the knowledge creation of best practices, digital analytics and optimization across paid platforms
Deep dive and identify the root cause of gaps in execution and KPI achievement & lead process streamlining as
required
Map how organic, paid and social channels work synchronously for the customer as the internal marketing head
for the client
Manage client escalations and delivery lapses with timely deep diving
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Collaborates with internal/external teams to deliver critical initiatives
Responsible for overseeing optimization efficiency of the team, creative team, and copy rollout, A/B testing of
campaigns aiding efficient campaign execution and achieving revenue and performance metrics.
Understand requirements, implement, and oversee all aspects of mid-market & enterprise-targeted digital
campaigns.
Measure and improve Operational goals/activities using data
Plan and commit to SLAs & TATs by managing clients, resources
