SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE:
At the direction of the Regional Director, the Regional Technical Leader (RTL) will coordinate the operation of a discipline-specific Team of Experts within a defined geographical location. Assuring QA/QC in the delivery of the Envista Product, the RTL will provide technical and operational training and oversight to their respective Team.

Demonstrates ability to supervise and lead people remotely. Possesses strong investigative skills of a technical nature. Ability to think analytically and objectively. Proficiency in a variety of office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet communication tools; sound written and oral business communication skills, including formatting and preparation of memoranda, letters, and reports; fine and gross motor skills, as well as mental requirements to operate standard office equipment; time management, prioritization, and organizational skills; excellent interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills; demonstrates teamwork, compassion and respect toward others as well as integrity, accountability and adherence to the standards of ethical behavior and professional conduct, and a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
The pay range for this position is $140,000-175,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
