Compensation: $145k - $165k base salary + annual performance bonus

Through the backing of its financial sponsor, Crosstimbers Capital Group, Coast expects to finance, develop, own, and operate $400+ million of commercial solar projects across the United States over the next several years. Coast owns the solar systems and sells solar electricity to building owners/offtakers at a rate typically less than their current electricity provider. We are looking for talented, results-oriented, self-starters who will consistently deliver exceptional results to our customers and investors in pursuit of becoming the leading C&I solar provider in the United States.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES AND REQUIREMENTS
Coast has identified the need for a skilled Senior Project Manager to manage the installation and commissioning of Coast’s solar and energy storage projects. This individual will manage project schedules and implement processes to ensure efficient project execution, while also cultivating relationships with EPC’s, engineers, and other project management/construction groups to organically generate commercial solar opportunities and long-term partnerships.
