We are looking for a highly motivated, team-oriented and helpful Training & Documentation Team Lead with proactive approach who will have a direct impact on our product, our users, our organization and shaping our future.

The Training & Documentation Team Lead is a strategic leader responsible for driving organizational effectiveness through exceptional training and knowledge management initiatives. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to excel in their roles and contribute to the organization's long-term success.

How will you make a difference:

In this role, the candidate needs to:

● Align training and documentation initiatives with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

● Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive training and knowledge management strategy.

● Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive and user-friendly documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and knowledge base articles.

● You work effectively across the organization with stakeholders, change management, service teams, trainers and subject matter experts to develop and support new and existing products, features, and services.

● Be the main Point of Contact in terms of process knowledge for a specific set of products, including process optimization and flow consultation from other departments.

● Strong understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational approaches.

● You identify and analyze data and take action on it to streamline processes, increase adoption of content, and optimize the value and relevance of the content.

● You support our internal and external training departments by coordinating the knowledge team efforts to complement training offerings.

● Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements

What will make you stand out from the crowd:

● At least 3 years of professional experience in Training and Knowledge management.

● Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English and Spanish as well as strong linguistic and grammatical skills.

● Confident in using knowledge and learning management systems.

● Experience in optimizing internal knowledge documentation (both in terms of content and structure as well as search efficiency) as well as in developing and pursuing adequate strategies.

● Experience applying AI technologies in an educational or professional context.

● Experience designing and implementing AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning.

● Business planning, industry knowledge, strategic thinking and leadership skills.

● Structured, self-organized and have a strong analytical and data-oriented mindset.

● Adept at stakeholder management and thrive in a changing environment where decisions have to be made quickly.

● Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
