  • Collaborate with Marketing: Partner with the marketing team to craft creative and strategic campaigns aimed at engaging high-value accounts, utilising both traditional and innovative methods.
  • Lead Management: Organise, prioritise, and follow up on inbound and outbound leads to ensure a high conversion rate of qualified meetings.
  • Utilise CRM Systems: Track and document all interactions and progress with leads, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date within the CRM.
  • Communication & Relationship Building: Engage prospects through multiple channels including phone, email, and social media, to understand their needs and educate them on how our solutions can support their objectives.
  • Performance Reporting: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and contribute to team-wide goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads and participate in regular team strategy sessions to share insights and optimise outreach efforts.
