This is a remote position.

About US:
SyncEzy is a growing Integrations Company in the B2B SAAS space, with a strong focus on the Construction, Trades and Service Industries (Construction, Electrical, Plumbing, Air Conditioning and HVAC and Security).  We work with the Best software's in the trades industry, like Procore, Dropbox, Asana, Quick books , simPRO and SharePoint, Office 365 etc.

The company is HQ in Australia, we are fiercely independent & boot strapped NOT VC Funded.  We are a solid business running for the last 7 years that our team and customers can rely on.  This is A TRUE Remote / Work from Home position.  We are a Global Remote company, and have been remote working long before it was made popular by COVID. We have staff dispersed across 4 countries and 15 cities.  We pride ourselves on running a flat organization, with a friendly easy-going culture.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Be the face and voice of SyncEzy USA, our second US Sales representative. Single point of contact for all East Coast inquiries.
  • Follow-up on incoming leads and emails from clients immediately over the phone, email and via the CRM.
  • Connect with prospective clients through multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, sms, phone…) and set demo appointments and walk them through the software.
  • Manage and support the sales process from inquiry through closure of sale.
  • Track all sales activities in Zoho CRM & the Ticketing system Zoho Desk.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Attend Construction Trade and Industry conferences and networking events in person and/or virtually
  • Collaborate with marketing and the exec team to provide feedback on messaging, positioning, and other field insights to improve demo and presentations.


Requirements
  • Self-Motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.
  • Excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor your approach accordingly
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for sales and achieving targets
  • 2+ years' experience in a B2B focused Sales role.
  • Self-Driven, disciplined, and Motivated to work independently without supervision.
  • Experience and understanding of selling SaaS subscriptions / software.
  • Experience doing Product Demos and sales calls via remote meetings/ Zoom / Google Hangouts / MS Teams.
  • Understanding of Construction, Trade Services businesses, and any experience with a Trade software Procore, simPRO, TSheets, construction / project management software would be massive advantage.
  • Tech Savy and well conversant with all the latest in Office 365, SharePoint, GDrive, Dropbox etc.
  • Construction or Trade project management experience would be advantageous.
  • Since this is a remote / Work from home role, you will need to have an office or a quiet place where you can work from at home.
  • Minimum Internet speed of 50 MBPS to be able to handle demos / Video meetings and calls.
Note
* All Client meetings to be in a Company TShirts / Hoodie , *Rest of the time no Dress Code, wear sandals all day ;)
** Will require significant evenings 6 - 9 pm work in the first three months for training to provide overlap with Australia based head office TimeZone.  Once you are fully trained and can operate independently timings would be flexible as per client requirements and your personal circumstances.
***There will be some flexibility / evening work required every couple of weeks to coordinate with AUS Team and work with colleagues in other time zones.
