UKG Project Manager

This is a remote position.

Job Summary
Align HCM is seeking experienced UKG Project Managers to join our team! Target start dates are January 2025 and beyond. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of consultants through the successful implementation of UKG Pro solutions for our clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Our primary objective is to deliver projects aligning meticulously with both our client's requirements and their business needs.

Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio that can have concurrent projects and/or direct complex, multi-dimensional projects
  
• Responsible for the entire Project Management lifecycle, including but not limited to managing project resources, budget management, issue/risk mitigation, timeline, and status reporting
  
• Establish and manage client expectations of project deliverables
  
• Facilitate working sessions for both internal and client teams to address client-specific needs 
  
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and work effectively with all levels of the clients’ organizations
  
• Leverage thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools and/or services to enhance clients’ operating environment based on practical experience, optimal outcomes and evolving best practices
  
• Provide guidance and coaching to project team members
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience delivering Human Capital Management/Workforce Management Software, such as UKG/ Kronos/ UltiPro/ ADP/ Workday/ Ceridian, etc), preferably within a professional services or consultancy environment
  

• Proven experience managing UKG Pro implementation projects is preferred
  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing HCM/WFM implementation projects with a focus on Payroll, Time & Attendance, HCM/WFM, or HRMS systems
  
• Strong leadership presence with ability to work as part of a project team as well as mentor others
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  
• Experience delivering enterprise level business solutions/software solutions
  
• Proactive, high-performing self-starter who looks to work with same
  

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification preferred
