Key responsibilities:

• Regularly communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Developing communication plans to keep all parties informed of project progress.
• Addressing concerns and providing updates on project progress.
• Defining the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Developing a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, milestones, dependencies functional specifications, and technical requirements.
• Identifying stakeholders and establishing communication channels, working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements.
• Сonducting a feasibility study and risk assessment for the project, creating a risk management plan and mitigation strategies.
• Working with projects in collaboration with legal, tech teams, etc.
• Creating and maintaining project documentation (according to the company’s procedures), including project plans, requirements, design specifications, and progress reports.
• Ensuring all documentation is accessible and organized Via monitoring systems tracking project progress, identifying issues, and ensuring adherence to the project plan.
• Managing all development process tasks, and controlling the project’s scope and timeframes.
• Conducting a project closure meeting to review achievements, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.
• Documenting the project's success and areas for improvement for future reference.
• Conducting kick-off and demo sessions about SOFTWISS products.
• Working on 4 projects simultaneously.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Experience needed:

• 2+ years experience working as a Project Manager and/or Team Manager in a software development company.
• Advanced English and Russian level (C1).
• Experience managing a development team in a full software development lifecycle from requirements to delivery.
• Understanding major principles and methodologies of project/delivery management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Professional Project Management/Agile certifications.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the technologies used by software development teams.
• Programming skills and knowledge of development environments.
• Experience in running/organizing workshops and training sessions will be a plus.
