Job Brief:
A fast-growing payment processing solutions company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide assistance and support to our clients large and small. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied with our services and maintain our positive reputation. An ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp client issues and work quickly to resolve them. Candidates with a background in
customer service or technical support would be a plus. This position reports to the Technical Support Specialist Manager. We operate using a fully remote work model, an ideal candidate should be able to work from home full time.
Responsibilities:
● Providing customer and technical support
● Addressing client concerns quickly and professionally
● Possess a thorough knowledge of the client’s portfolio of products and solutions
● Build, support and update POS (Point of Sale) systems and program credit card terminals
● Coordinate client equipment orders and installation
● Account update requests
● Assisting clients with navigating online reports
● Resolve client issues or concerns quickly and effectively
● Understand client needs and develop clear plans to address them
● Provide A+ service that helps retain clients
Requirements
● Comfortable communicating with clients via email, ticketing system, and phone calls
● Above average technical knowledge
● Organized and able to handle routine tasks
● Self-starter with an independent can-do attitude
● Excellent written and oral communication skills
● Team player
● Client-oriented mindset
● Familiarity with G Suite or similar office software
