Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule
Monday through Thursday, 9am to 1pm EST (starts in January 13, 2-3 months duration)

Responsibilities
  • Manage the main client communication inbox with prompt, professional responses
  • Gather crucial event information like dates, venues, and guest counts through client interactions
  • Expertly assign DJs to events by evaluating logistics and availability
  • Follow up with clients using pre-written email templates to confirm all details
  • Skillfully schedule appointments and manage calendars for the DJ team
