Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our comprehensive drug testing services
  • Set quality appointments for in-depth discussions with promising leads
  • Identify and qualify new business prospects through strategic cold calling
  • Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system
  • Hit or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls made and appointments set
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, ensuring smooth handover of qualified leads
  • Navigate objections skillfully, turning challenges into opportunities
