Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: minimum 20 hours per week - Monday - Friday (10am-3pm CST) 
  • 1 hour unpaid lunch break (I'm also okay flexible with this person working Monday - Thursday 9am-3pm CST) - with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break

You’ll be the linchpin in our client’s operations, managing everything from social media campaigns to financial reconciliations. Utilizing Salesforce CRM, you’ll create insightful dashboards and reports, while your Canva skills will bring our client’s message to life across various platforms. Responsibilities
  • Craft engaging social media content using Canva, elevating the organization’s online presence
  • Maintain and update website content, ensuring information is current and impactful
  • Design eye-catching graphics for events, enhancing community engagement
  • Compile and format newsletters that resonate with stakeholders
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM to create comprehensive dashboards and generate insightful reports
  • Assist with monthly financial reconciliation processes using QuickBooks
  • Prepare detailed financial reports to support strategic decision-making
  • Execute administrative tasks efficiently using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly OneDrive, Outlook, and Excel
  • Collaborate closely with churches, schools, and internal team members to support organizational goals


Requirements

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, with a focus on dashboard creation and report generation
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially OneDrive, Outlook, and Excel
  • Demonstrated experience in social media management and content creation using Canva
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks and fundamental bookkeeping principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey the organization’s message
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and time management skills
  • Alignment with Christian values and a passion for faith-based community work
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity
