5+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in the catering, hospitality, food and beverage, event planning, or entertainment industries. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with experience in developing and executing strategies that drive engagement and conversions. Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools, with strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively and independently.

Core responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across all platforms. Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and resonates with the target audience. Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages promptly to foster a strong community and increase audience growth. Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to optimize content and strategy. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into the strategy to ensure continuous growth and engagement. Create and manage ad campaigns if needed.
