Job Description

As a Personal Assistant you will support remotely a colleague from the Telekom organization in Germany.


Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for secretarial duties, such as handling communications and planning travel arrangements.
  • Implements organization tasks delegated by the manager.
  • Ensures compliance with deadlines set by the manager.
  • Coordinates with the other departments.
  • Handles confidential issues and documents.
  • Prepares documents for decision-making under professional guidance of the manager.
  • Implements ad-hoc tasks that have an impact on the whole organization, e.g. introduction of new systems or company guidelines/KPIs.
  • Prepares management reports.
  • Understands business' needs.
  • Participates in the preparation of the strategic plans, drives small or radical changes.
  • Develops detailed communication plans, assist the business in implementing the plan.
  • Plans, organizes, and manages Events & Roadshows, All Employee Meetings, etc.
  • Documents processes, monitors progress, and prepares status reports.
  • Collects information for decision-making.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2-5 years of work experience
  • German language min. B1
  • English language min. B2
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (PPT/Excel) and Microsoft Outlook
  • Good prioritizing skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Creative, solution oriented
  • High communication skills in writing
