The role

The primary purpose of this role is to manage onboarding, renewal, and governance of supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with procurement, cyber security, IT, risk, and regulatory standards. This role will liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to facilitate and record supplier supervision and monitoring routines, ensuring supplier activities are in line with the Statement of Work.

 

You'll be responsible for

  • Working with the business to identify suppliers to be onboarded, tiering suppliers to determine the level of governance required as per the Personal Injury Supplier Governance Model.
  • Leading end-to-end supplier onboarding, contract renewals and variations, document executions, supplier governance, and offboarding.  
  • Managing supplier partnerships and negotiating agreements to ensure they create value in terms of customer experience, quality and spend – as well as complying with Allianz standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitating supervision and monitoring routines to ensure supplier activities are in line with Terms, Rates and Service Delivery Standards outlined in the Statement of Work.
  • Working closely with the Cyber Governance team to manage identified supplier cyber system vulnerabilities. Developing and implementing cyber remediation plans, ensuring that all risk mitigation actions are completed within the designated timeframes.

 

About you

  • Experience in supplier/provider management, procurement, or contract administration, with strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance. 
  • Demonstrated understanding of cyber security standards, IT systems and risk management practices. 
  • High attention to detail with focus on compliance and regulatory requirements. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address supplier-related issues effectively.
  • Experience in managing and fostering strong relationships with internal teams and supplier partners.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
