Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Graph Solutions, as a Senior Solutions Engineer—Analytics for EMS Identity Solutions, you will help the Product and Engineering teams by analyzing upcoming and existing product features and supporting complex analysis for client-related questions and issues. You will also contribute analytical and product expertise to team efforts to win new business and service existing accounts. We are looking for a team member who loves numbers and can work with big data.

  • You will uncover and package insights from client and partner data in this role
  • You will use SQL, cloud-hosted data warehouses, business intelligence tools, spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • You will work with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Solutions Engineers to prepare the presentation of insights to clients and team members
  • Collaborate with our teams to operationalize metrics that improve understanding of business analytics and architect monitoring of critical data pipelines
  • Be the analytical resource to support ongoing business development projects
  • Provide support for complex client questions, develop ad hoc reports, and deliver custom analysis to help clients better understand the power of combining their data with EMS Identity solutions
  • Apply hands-on tactical involvement in A/B testing creation, implementations, and analysis of several projects and product enhancements

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a data-focused Solutions Engineer with knowledge of the online media business
  • You will gather big data through multiple systems and produce analysis that turns data into information and action items
  • Proficient in developing interactive and user-friendly dashboards using tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Experience with Google Cloud products such as BigQuery and GCS; familiar with data processing languages such as Python, R, Matlab, or Scala; familiar with using the command line to process data
