Job Description

We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Content Development: Create compelling and effective copy for CRM campaigns, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
  • Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the CRM team to develop content strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze the effectiveness of CRM communications and make adjustments based on performance data and customer feedback.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with designers and marketing teams to ensure that copy and visuals are cohesive and impactful.
  • Trends Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in CRM and consumer behavior to continuously refine content strategies and improve results.

 

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-4 years in copywriting, specifically within CRM, marketing, or related fields, ideally in the iGaming or technology sector.
  • Content Creation Skills: Proven expertise in crafting engaging marketing copy for various channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and social media.
  • Consumer Insight: Strong understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and trends in the iGaming market, particularly in the Indonesian context.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in both Bahasa and English, with excellent writing and editing abilities.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and design.
