We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Developer/Consultant to join our dynamic team remotely from Lucknow. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, with a focus on customer engagement, field service, and omni-channel experiences.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Lead full life-cycle implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Develop and deploy custom business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate.
Utilize core technical skills such as C#, SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, Power BI, and Power Automate to deliver high-quality solutions.
Leverage expertise in D365/Dynamics CRM modules, including Customer Engagement, Field Service, and Omni Channel, to address specific business needs.
Demonstrate intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts to ensure optimal data management and integration.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously enhance our solutions and service offerings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
4 to 11 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including full life-cycle implementation projects.
Proven expertise in D365 Customer Experience, Dynamics CRM, PowerApps, and Power Automate, with a strong understanding of their technical capabilities and limitations.
Solid experience with core technical skills, including C#, SQL, .Net, and related technologies.
Strong familiarity with D365/Dynamics CRM modules, such as Customer Engagement, Field Service, and Omni Channel, and their respective functionalities.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts and experience with data modeling, integration, and manipulation.
Extensive experience and strong working knowledge across all MS Dynamics D365 Customer Service modules.
Previous experience with Microsoft Portals and developing solutions across Azure service offerings, including Azure Function Apps and Azure Web Job Development, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and team members.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
