Job description

You will take full accountability for delivering outstanding results in our Mid-Market channel.

How will I spend my time in this role?

  • Responsible for prospecting, developing and maintaining beneficial relationships with Third-Party Intermediaries (TPIs) and direct customers to maximise commercial opportunities and broaden the value base of the mid-market portfolio;
  • Daily leadership and development of our Mid-Market sales team, which covers the entire end-to-end sales process from opportunity set-up to deal entry. 
  • Develop and implement our Mid-Market Sales Strategy, ensuring a proactive response to market trends and opportunities;
  • Develop, maintain & report key performance indicators for the Mid-Market channel;
  • Build and leverage internal stakeholder relationships to ensure the Mid-Market portfolio is efficiently managed across the business. 

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

  • You can show development of a customer/TPI portfolio to maximise business opportunities and value;
  • You have managed TPIs within the energy sector with to add value and be able to position the company as a preferred supplier to grow relationships;
  • You have successfully managed and developed a Sales Team to achieve outstanding results.
