This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Training & Development team within Quilter and to be involved in the development of financial advisers and the Quilter Academy.

This role will appeal to candidates with a track record of training design and delivery for regulated financial advisers or with experience of developing the competency of advisers.

Training & Development Consultant

About the Role

Level: 4

Department: QFP Training & Development  

Location: Home Worker, United Kingdom

Contract type: Permanent, Full-Time

You will be involved in the design and delivery of training materials to develop the knowledge and skills of qualified financial advisers. This will include knowledge/skills training, induction, licencing, and business submissions.

The successful applicant will get the opportunity to be mentored and supported by other members of the Training & Development team to help them achieve competency in the role.

The successful candidate must have a level 4 diploma in financial planning/advice and have had previous experience of developing training content or developing the competencies of financial advisers. You will be building strong working relationships with crucial stakeholders and exhibit a solution-orientated, positive attitude, along with the ability to adapt to the evolving regulatory landscape within the financial advice sector.
