Job description

Location: Remote

Job Type: Freelance, 6 weeks project

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join one of the world's leading provider of enterprise open source solutions.

Focusing on the integration of Windows servers into their existing Application

Automation Platform (AAP). This role is pivotal as we expand our capabilities to

manage both (RHEL) and Windows servers for clients. The ideal candidate will have a

strong background in server management, cloud technologies, and consulting, with a

proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

Tasks

  • Impact Study: Conduct a comprehensive impact study on the integration of Windows servers into the existing AAP, assessing technical requirements, potential challenges, and solutions.
  • Consultation: Provide expert consultation to clients regarding the management of their Windows servers using the AAP, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including development, operations, and project management, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
  • Implementation: Lead the implementation of strategies and solutions derived from the impact study, ensuring best practices are followed for both RHEL and Windows server management.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices for managing Windows servers within the AAP.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to clients and internal teams on the use of AAP for Windows server management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in a consulting role, with a focus on server management and integratio
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and experience with RHEL is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Application Automation Platforms (AAP) and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Language: Fluent in French and English
