SPNY_Program Administrator-NPD

FT Days- ACUTE Nursing Education

M-F 8hr shifts

Position Summary: Execute all program management functions related to major Nursing Professional Development programs as assigned by the Director NPD and other program management duties as assigned.  These include:  Clinical Policy Management Program, Nursing Development Educational Partnerships Programs, and Organizational Educational Nursing Needs (Assessment) Program. 

Education Requirements: Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.  Computer proficiency required.

Experience Requirements: A minimum of 3 years program management/administration experience.  Must have working knowledge of Microsoft office, Teams, and Sharepoint.  Healthcare organizational experience a plus.

Pay Range: $23.40hr - $33.95hr

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
