THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Agent to help us reply to a high volume of emails from our users on Freshdesk. This role will require working closely with our Support Team Representatives and Customer Support Manager.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Must-have/be:

  • experience in handling high volumes of requests on a daily basis and be  an experienced user of Freshdesk;
  • tech-savvy;
  • work fast;
  • an advanced user of Google Spreadsheets;
  • high-speed internet connection and fast equipment (laptop);
  • follow instructions and ask questions;
  • proactive and think out of the box;
  • eager to work on a long-term basis;
  • trustworthy;
  • reliable;
  • able to work independently;
  • advanced level of English;
  • additional foreign languages will be a plus.

Nice-to-have:

  • Knowledge of other foreign languages;
  • Back-up internet connection.

HOW DO WE WORK?

We are a distributed team of more than 120 people, all working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our teams for 3/4 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best). We value open communication, proactivity and work/life balance and we measure our freelancers on performance, rather than on the time spent on the job.
