Dentsu Creative is looking for an Associate Design Director to join our creative team, working on integrated 360 campaign creative across all channels for our newest AOR win, a large telecom client. You will do a mix hands-on design work and setting the visual tone and language for a variety of campaign creative including TV, radio, OOH, paid social and print. You will report to our Group Design Director.
Role Overview:
As a Associate Design Director specializing in brand identity for our telecommunication client, you will with Creative Directors and Strategy leads to promote the design standards of our agency's output. Your primary goal is to present distinctive ideas and designs to our clients, ensuring the creative strategic development and overall concept development of our client's brand.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure that all design work across multiple media platforms is completed to the highest standard.
Uphold and improve the agency's design standards through creative excellence.
Provide oversight for junior to mid-level designers across diverse projects, including presentations, digital assets, and brand elements.
Inspire creativity within the team and direct them towards maintaining high levels of creative excellence.
Develop design ideas, conceptualize projects, and guide them through the entire lifecycle, from initial concept to completion.
Revise and edit designs, ensuring understanding of client expectations and project goals.
Establish and nurture trust with clients by receiving and interpreting feedback.
This is a fully remote role.

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $ 61.01 - $ 98.90 . Hourly pay rate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
Eligible for Sick and Safe Time, and Paid Holidays.
Temporary Position, starting asap until 12/20/2024. W2 only.
