Job Description: Customer Service Representative

Overview

Liberty Fox Technologies is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure a positive experience. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in fostering customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Empathetic and patient with customers.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
