We invite a skilled and proactive Software Engineer with .NET and Angular expertise to join our team. You'll help build and enhance a robust Payroll platform that digitalizes the payroll process and automates key HR tasks. In this role, you’ll provide technical guidance to a small team of developers, working together to expand the platform’s functionality and ensure accurate, efficient payroll processing for thousands of users worldwide.

✅ Is that you?

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with .NET and Angular
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure
• Hands-on experience with integrations
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and Azure Functions
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (preferably Azure DevOps)
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and team guidance
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (preferably SAFe)

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll use your full-stack development expertise, cloud service experience, and knowledge of integrations to help enhance and support our payroll platform. You’ll also provide valuable guidance and mentorship to less experienced developers on your team.

• Work with the team to enhance and maintain our payroll platform by implementing system improvements and optimizations
• Develop and refine user-friendly frontend features to improve overall user experience
• Design and develop solutions for backend and even DB level
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
• Lead and mentor a small team of developers, providing knowledgeable technical guidance
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the implementation of the best coding practices and standards
• Help create clear and comprehensive documentation related to the project
