Job description

As Corporate Recruiter, you'll own the end-to-end hiring process for both technical and non-technical roles at our offices in Waardenburg (Netherlands) and Antwerp (Belgium). You'll be key in finding and engaging top talent online and offline, ensuring a great candidate experience, and collaborating with Management to design and coordinate an efficient interview process that ensures quality hiring.

Whether it’s launching new recruiting events, experimenting with niche job boards, enhancing our employer brand, or piloting new tools, your ideas are highly welcomed. We expect you to help us improve our hiring processes, boost our referral program, and share interviewing best practices with the business. 

You will share responsibility for our regional hiring requirements with another enthusiastic Corporate Recruiter, whilst being part of the larger SITS group recruitment team, who connect weekly on operational and social topics and meet annually for team building. You’ll also contribute to group-level recruitment initiatives as we work towards creating a seamless recruitment operation. 
 

What you'll do as Corporate Recruiter 

  • Collaborate closely with our energetic young regional P&C team, our Management and hiring teams to create and refine recruitment strategies that meet SITS | Traxion’s hiring needs. 
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our employer brand through authentic engagements with prospects and candidates. 
  • Contribute to projects in employer branding, recruitment marketing, process optimization, and recruitment tools, ensuring timely hiring and continuous improvement. 
  • Provide recruitment training and documentation to internal stakeholders, fostering recruitment best practices. 
  • Participate in group-level recruitment projects with the SITS Group team.

What you'll bring to the team 

  • Experience: You have worked in-house before and are comfortable liaising directly with stakeholders, including taking end-to-end ownership of various technical and non-technical roles (bonus if you've hired internationally and/or cybersecurity professionals before)! You are also interested (and ideally experienced) in taking on other recruitment projects (i.e. process improvements, employer branding). 
  • Skills: Problem-solver, continuous learning mindset, proactive, adaptable, flexible, positive, collaborative, passionate about recruitment. 
  • Languages: Business proficient in Dutch and English, both written and verbal. 
  • Availability: You're available for at least 32 hours per week and can work from our Waardenburg office twice a week. 
  • Work Eligibility: You must already hold a valid working visa for and already live in the Netherlands or Belgium to qualify for this role. 

 

Some facts about our People & Culture team 

  • Our group People & Culture team includes 25 specialists, of which 6 are working within the BeNeLux region. We have 8 recruiters within the group. 
  • As group recruitment team we meet in person at least once a year. Last year we spent two days in Cologne, doing team building and strategic workshops, followed by dinners, drinks, outdoor games and some spontaneous pub karaoke :-) This year we are meeting up for a workshop followed by a visit to the German Christmas Markets. 
  • Our recruitment team loves attending industry events to keep up to date with best practices, one of our last events was an AI in recruitment conference. 
  • We have a tight-knit regional P&C team that keep each other regularly informed on all topics. Our Waardenburg office hosts various sporting, social and educational activities throughout the year, including a big Traxion day, quarterly off-sites and a fancy Christmas Dinner (this year in a beautiful Castle in Vught!)
