You will be joining the Business Development team and will play a pivotal role in building TILT. You'll help take our company from 0 → 1 and will be an open playground for you to produce high-impact work. Primarily, you will lead the acquisition of new partners to join our platform.
This is a 3-month internship with the opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.
On our Business Development team, you will focus on outbound prospecting and you'll spend a lot of time speaking with prospects. Your main responsibility will be lead generation and moving prospects through the funnel.
Responsibilities:
Become an expert on Tilt and be able to masterfully articulate our vision and product
Outbound outreach through various channels (email, phone, Instagram, LinkedIn) to connect with prospects
Manage a high volume of outreach with a strategy for prioritization of your targets and time
Create personalized and impactful messaging to successfully convert prospects
Use Hubspot and other internal tools to properly track all activities and ensure data accuracy
