We are seeking a European Programme Manager to run a Body and Paint Programme for a prestige brand. The person will manage a European team of specialists to deliver a compliant and high performing network of repairers, working with brand stakeholders and paint partner teams in each market to maximise programme impact and success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of four Body and Paint experts based across Europe, maximising their efficiency and effectiveness in maintaining a compliant network.
  • Utilising MONITRR (our advanced network management system) to measure, manage and improve the compliance of the network and use the sophisticated reporting to focus and enhance the programme.
  • Work with the brand’s European and Central teams to develop and implement a business development plan to grow repair volumes, customer experience and parts revenue.
  • Act as the focal point for data and measurement on which European and country stakeholders can assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Develop close working relationships with key brand stakeholders across Europe and at the most senior levels.
  • Work with the preferred paint partner to support their growth and success within the programme.
  • Work with Outsorc colleagues to benefit from the accumulated knowledge of the organisation, driving best practice and innovation.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience of the Body and Paint sector, preferably on a European basis, and have run programmes with or for Automotive brands.

Ideally, you will possess the following knowledge and attributes;

  • A salary of circa £60,000 per annum dependent on knowledge and experience.
