Job description

Sr. Accounting Manager – fully remote!

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Accounting Manager to join a fast-growing SaaS company. This newly created position will assist our client to grow organically and accommodate acquisitions, you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining the financial infrastructure.

About the Role

You'll lead our accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while helping scale our financial processes. This role reports directly to the Controller and offers significant growth opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the monthly/quarterly close process and financial statement preparation

- Lead a team of accountants and develop best practices

- Partner with FP&A to provide insights on key SaaS metrics and forecasting

- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes

- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and cash management

- Support audit preparations and compliance initiatives

Requirements

Requirements

- 7+ years of corporate accounting experience, with at least 2 years in SaaS/technology

-Minimum 2 years of management experience

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred

- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems

- Track record of building and improving accounting processes

- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

- Team management experience preferred
