Our vision is “to empower universities to change the world.” We achieve this vision by offering our university partners various products and services that help them be more resilient, responsive, efficient, and interconnected.

As a Director, Solutions Architecture at Noodle, you will play a pivotal role in driving university partner engagement and maximizing the value of Noodle’s technology solutions. Working closely with university stakeholders and Noodle’s service teams, you will ensure that the right mix of technologies are integrated with existing campus platforms, configured based on partner goals, and continually supported and updated for best-in-class performance. Your focus will be on demonstrating the value of Noodle’s technology solutions, fostering deeper partnerships, and leading implementation efforts across partner accounts.

As our Director, Solutions Architecture, you will:

  • Technical Implementation: Identify best practices of our university implementations, ensure excellence is consistent and design is replicable
  • Project Management: Conduct regular check-ins with partners to review implementation progress, to address any blockers, and to gather feedback on their experience with our products and services
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategy, partner requirements, and implementation processes
  • Product Showcase: Lead regular showcases to partners, highlighting new Noodle products, feature releases, and service offerings
  • Business Development: Work closely with sales to advise on content for sales collateral and internal training material

  • You have:
  • 6-8 years of relevant previous experience, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in a technical leadership role and leading software implementations, preferably in the education technology sector
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal teams
  • Experience with solution selling and driving revenue growth through technology solutions
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion
  • Familiarity with a wide array of technologies including Learning Management Systems, CRM Systems, and Student Information Systems
  • Experience integrating systems using LTI and/or API protocols
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Prior project management experience is a bonus
  • Experience standardizing processes including testing, building, and documenting the necessary steps for deploying technologies, illustrating workflows, resolving escalated issues, and utilizing support tools
