SUMMARY

We are seeking a driven Information Technology leader to oversee the development and implementation of strategic and continuous improvement initiatives in IT to ensure the Company revenue and EBITDA goals are achieved. You will elevate and lead the infrastructure development and application transformation of the community of hospitals with a focus on identifying future value creation opportunities.

We are a people-centered organization, and you will lead and develop a centralized team to support individual hospitals, ensuring hospital guidelines are met while delivering a great experience to clients and team members.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the strategy and execution of all aspects of information technology including infrastructure, security, applications, and data architecture.
  1. Lead the development and implementation of the organization IT strategy and transformation to align with company goals including the consolidation of PIMS, phone systems, and other infrastructure across all CVP locations.
  2. Manage IT resources including budgeting, staffing and vendor relationships to maximize value and return on investment
  3. Oversee the management of the IT infrastructure (security, scalable, compliant) with ongoing support of existing and evolving solutions including current and future managed service providers.
  4. Lead the selection and implementation of technology solutions for acquired and newly built hospitals.
  5. Lead cybersecurity initiative to protect the company’s assets, developing and maintaining best practices as recommended by third party evaluations
  6. Support and evolve data architecture to empower data driven decisions across the community including a centralized taxonomy.
  7. Ensure execution and alignment to Company’s strategic direction across key stakeholders including Finance, Ops Services, HR, BD, and Field.
  8. Communicate IT strategies, initiatives and performance to the core leadership team, board of directors and other stakeholders
  9. Partner with field teams to support the elevation of client and team member experience in existing base, new acquisitions, and de novo opportunities by existing applications and integrations.

 11. Develop and lead team focused on delivering structural improvements to maximize daily performance, future scalability, and growth for the business at enterprise level

Preferred Experience and Education

  • B.A. degree in Business Administration or related field. M.B.A. degree preferred
  • Ten (10) plus years of progressive leadership experience in the retail or healthcare industry including multi-unit supervision.

 

Supervisory responsibilities

Lead team comprising of IT and data infrastructure, security, and practice management software specialists

Travel Requirements

Monthly travel expected, variable based upon location
