Job description

UX Designer / Lead

Required stack and experience

  • Formal training in Interaction Design, related field, or equivalent work
  • At least 5+ years of experience in UX design in a senior capability
  • IDEO Certification(s)
  • Modern minimalistic applications.
  • Platform/Digital Transformation designs,
  • Experience conducting UX research and analysis.
  • Design tools (Figma or similar) and analysis tools (Hotjar or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Display a strong passion for users and a deep understanding of design trends, along with the ability to discern and apply the appropriate UX and design best practices.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of web application technologies, enabling you to design within technical limitations while also pushing boundaries to create delightful user experiences.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in information architecture tools and techniques, such as creating site maps, concept maps, and process flows.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail and possess a keen aesthetic sensibility that enables stakeholders to grasp the broader vision.
  • Conduct user research and analyze data to gain valuable insights into user behavior, preferences, and needs.
  • Translate user insights into compelling narratives and design solutions that are intuitive, effective, and aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Plan and oversee usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and collect user feedback.
  • Develop site maps, use cases, and user flows to effectively communicate the navigation and structure of a website.
  • Clearly articulate and justify design decisions, research findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Generate wireframes that effectively showcase the intended user experience and functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners to gather and understand business and feature requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders, product teams, and development teams to ensure design solutions align with business objectives and technical limitations.
  • Educate stakeholders on best practices and industry standards in relation to user experience design.
  • Foster close collaboration with other UX/CX team members to maintain consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints and channels.
  • Continuously enhance the user experience of digital products and services through testing, data analysis, user feedback, and staying updated on industry research.
