Communication and project management skills needed
With your passion for collaboration and strategic mindset, you’ll provide professional advice and support to FCC’s Loan Fulfilment division.
You’ll develop and monitor the execution of strategic initiatives, represent the vice-president’s office, and ensure all targets are achieved and reports are completed in a timely manner. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the execution of FCC’s strategy in partnership with the divisional/area vice-president

  • Review, summarize and recommend options for handling critical and high-priority items

  • Provide guidance to other areas of the organization, participate in enterprise committees and attend meetings on behalf of the vice-president

  • Work closely with and support the divisional/area leadership team by providing analysis, advice and direction as needed

  • Build relationships with partners to support divisional activities and engage in projects and initiatives that enhance customer and employee experience
