Job Description

What you’ll be doing

Assigned to our office in Brussels, you will hold the position of Business Manager at Everience Belgium!

You will be involved in two major tasks for the growth of the Belgium territory:

 

  • Business Development/Prospecting (70%):
  • You will identify and ensure the acquisition of new customers and new projects, and support sales prospecting using our management tool (CRM);
  • You detect and define new ways to ensure the growth of your perimeter.
  • You create a privileged relationship with your customers and prospects.
  • You identify relevant calls for tender and develop an appropriate commercial offer.
  • Based on your sales prospecting, you identify and maintain a pool of qualified resources.

 

  • Customer relationship follow-up (30%):
  • You take over a portfolio of existing customers and a perimeter and give it your own dynamism.
  • You provide support to resources on ongoing services (performance monitoring, planning, time management, career development);
  • You are responsible for customer relations (identifying needs, prices, deadlines, contract elements, resource identification, coaching, follow-up, customer invoicing).

Your qualities:

 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage customer and candidate relations.
  • You have successful experience in selling services and developing a customer portfolio.
  • Analytical and listening skills to understand the needs of customers and prospects.
  • Fluent in English & Dutch required. French is a plus.
